The 37-year-old is urging her followers to go vegan (yup, again), but this time she really sweetened the pot for those up to the challenge.

Queen Bey took to Instagram to promote her Greenprint project, and show everyone how easy it is to reduce carbon emissions and make small changes to your diet (below):
It looks like Blue Ivy‘s momma gets her greens in the morning for breakfast and opts for a plant-based meat-less diet on Mondays. Easy enough right? Those of us struggling to keep up can find more help with choosing healthy options on the Greenprint website linked in Bey’s bio.
Okay we get it, we get it — less meat, more lettuce. But this is where things get interesting!

Oh, and FYI: the fine print of the contest states that you don’t actually win tickets for life, but rather for up to 30 years. The winner is also limited to one concert per tour.
But considering the superstar couple is most likely going for a third round of their successful OTR tour, the winner will still enjoy themselves. It’s freaking Beyonce, for goodness sake!
