What's Going On With Beyonce's Glamour Netherlands Cover???

Here we go again.
Beyonce graces the front of Glamour Netherland’s March issue, but something seems a bit off about it.
Is it bad lighting? Terrible Photoshopping? All of the above?
At the same time, we can’t say we’re too surprised by the odd image.
Remember when Glamour made Beyonce look darker in 2009?
What do U think went wrong???
