House hunting seems a lot harder than it sounds!
Well, for the Carters, that is!
It’s not a secret that Beyonc├â┬⌐ and Jay Z have been looking for a permanent home in Los Angeles.
The two had their eye on the perfect house until they were outbid by someone else in the market!

But, they’re not giving up, Jayonc├â┬⌐ enrolled Blue Ivy into an elite private school for crying out loud!
You can’t just enroll a child into a school and then leave after like, a month!
Sources close to the R&B couple said Blue’s parents were itching to leave the hotel they’ve been staying in. Since they couldn’t find their dream home, Bey and company settled for the next best thing — renting a place in Holmby Hills, the same house they rented last summer!

Yonc├â┬⌐ and her hubby were able to make a nice deal since they signed a year long lease. They went from a whopping $200,000/month to $150,000 and it’s totally a steal!
Hopefully during the stay in their rental, the two will be able to find the right home to settle in!
Or maybe they could make a deal with the home owner and just buy the house they’re renting.
Jay and Bey seem to like it if they’re going back for a second time!
