Uh oh, uh oh, uh oh, oh no no!
Beyonce and mom Tina Knowles‘ clothing line House of Der├â┬⌐on has been sued by Vier International for breach of contract.
The Hong Kong manufacturer claims they’re out $500,000 because both clothing company Donna Loren LLC and shippers HJM International were “conspirators who induced the shipment of goods to the United States with the intent to convert them or pay less than the agreed upon contract price.”
They go on to say Beyonce’s Der├â┬⌐on and Beyond Productions LLC, also owned by Beyowulf, took part in the scheme through purchase orders and request of manufacturer specifications.
And Vier International means business with this lawsuit, as they’ve filed claims under Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), which is the same law used in Mafia prosecutions.
Time to lawyer up, B! Even though $500K is chump change to her.
