When you’ve got billions of dollars, life must seem almost boring at times.
What does the man who can afford to do anything do in his spare time?
He drinks poop water!

You heard us, Bill Gates drank a glass of water that was basically boiled out of poop.
The water came from the Omniprocessor, which is described as:

You input sewer sludge (POOP!) and the machine boils the sludge. The solids become dry and get burned in a hot fire, which heats water into steam, which runs a steam engine that creates electricity. Pretty amazing!
Then the water itself is filtered and purified and comes out of the machine as drinkable water!
Water that was literally just sucked out of poop.
