Blake Lively is going after what she’s owed!
The Gossip Girl star’s been keeping a list of exactly what she’s lost financially as a result of her legal battle with Justin Baldoni, and if she somehow comes out on top and gets what she wants, the It Ends With Us director is gonna be in a world of hurt!
Blake broke down exactly what she’s asking for in new court documents obtained by TMZ on Monday. As the outlet previously reported, she’s requesting in total about $161 million from Justin’s production company Wayfarer, including $56 million in past and future earnings. She’s also after $49 million in losses to her haircare company Blake Brown, and another $22 million for her beverage brand Betty Buzz.

But in new docs on Monday, the leading lady shared more details on the damages she’s requesting — revealing some is all because of the alleged retaliation efforts Baldoni and his team allegedly utilized to paint her as a “mean girl”! Blake claims she hired an expert who determined there are more than 176 million impressions online, calling her a “mean girl,” “bully,” and “tone deaf.” Because of this reputational damage, the expert believes she’s suffered harm worth $36.5 million to $40.5 million. All that just ’cause she got called mean?? Damn!
Interestingly, in docs viewed by People, Blake also requested that her and Ryan Reynolds‘ net worth be kept private during the trial, arguing it would be “improper” and risk unfairly influencing the jury if revealed. The outlet noted she’s seeking compensatory damages ranging from about $142 million… to nearly $300 million! WOWZA!!!
As expected, Baldoni’s team has pushed back at the request. Of course, it’ll all boil down to what a judge and jury think!
