Blake Lively may not be able to go after Justin Baldoni for sexual harassment anymore, but she’s not letting that stop her from calling him out for his behavior!
As Perezcious readers know, the It Ends With saga is finally about to have its day in court. Next month, Blake and Justin are set to face off in a trial — even though the Gossip Girl alum only has three claims left to argue (breach of contract, retaliation, and aiding and abetting in retaliation).
Now, an updated exhibit list is revealing what she plans to call to a jury’s attention. Spilling the tea, DailyMail.com dished on Monday that the actress and her legal team plan to air a resurfaced interview of the Jane the Virgin star laughing about the time he possibly harassed Britney Spears on the set of his TV show! WTF!

In the Fuse TV interview released in 2017, the actor recalled the time Brit Brit appeared on the series two years prior:
“The guest I was most excited to work with was Britney Spears. And then, it turned out, I didn’t get to work with her. There were zero scenes with Rafael and Britney Spears, probably at her request, because I had tweeted her, I was gonna bring [to the set] a poster from her Live in Las Vegas tour.”
He insisted he didn’t actually have a poster, but the singer “thought it was serious,” and he thinks that creeped her out! He added:
“I was a huge Britney Spears fan in high school. What adolescent boy wasn’t?”
Despite acknowledging the pop star may have tried to steer clear of him, Justin recalled how the “funny” incident when he met her while watching her film one of her scenes:
“Because I had tweeted her, and she had tweeted me back, and I’d gone up to her, and so, in my mind, we were friends. We weren’t. And I went [up to her] I was like, ‘Hey!’ And I just gave her a big hug, and I think I scared her because she was like ‘Hi.'”
He giggled:
“And then I just kind of had this awkward moment of: ‘Did I just harass Britney Spears?’ And I looked back and my co-stars are laughing. … So that was a good time.”
Who the heck jokes about possibly harassing someone?? Let alone calls it “a good time”? Not a good look! Watch:
This will be one of more than 800 exhibits in the case. Blake reportedly also plans to call him out for being a hypocrite by debunking his image of being a feminist man. In doing so, she’s expected to show images of him wearing a “feminist T-shirt” and share videos of his TED Talk, “Why I’m done trying to be ‘Man Enough.'” As for why this is important, emails as part of the case show that the author, Colleen Hoover, gave him the film rights because of his self-proclaimed passion for highlighting the female perspective in media. But Blake seems to be arguing that was all a hoax!
