Justin Baldoni’s alleged behavior didn’t just put Blake Lively in danger, but her infant son, too?!
Another shocking claim has come out of the Gossip Girl alum’s sexual harassment complaint against her It Ends with Us co-star/director, and it’s SO messed up.
Apparently, COVID hit the film’s set during production and Justin, his producing partner Jamey Heath, and his production company Wayfarer failed to notify Blake — who, besides being their star, was a mother of a then-infant son with Ryan Reynolds. And guess what? Both she and baby Olin came down with the potentially deadly disease! The documents state:
“Mr. Baldoni deliberately withheld from Ms. Lively that she had been exposed to COVID. Both Ms. Lively and her infant child contracted COVID from the outbreak.”
That’s REALLY messed up. And so reckless! And Justin apparently had the audacity to get upset when she was forced to take time off because “Wayfarer did not have insurance coverage for COVID.” How is that HER fault??

The documents continue:
“Ms. Lively expressed her upset that Mr. Heath and Mr. Baldoni had hidden the fact that she had been exposed to a COVID outbreak on set from which she and her infant contracted COVID. Instead of acknowledging responsibility and committing to safety moving forward, they expressed upset over production days missed and resulting costs.”
Not cool! This wasn’t about money, this was about her BABY’S HEALTH!
As we know, production had to pause yet again when the SAG and WGA both went on strike. But when filming was ready to start back up again in January 2024, Blake came prepared with her infamous list of ground rules she demanded before shooting another scene. Some of which related to COVID:
“If BL is exposed to COVID-19, she must be provided notice as soon as possible after Wayfarer or any producer or production executive becomes aware of such exposure.”
Unfortunately, that was just one of the many demands Blake never should have had to make.
Thoughts??
