We’re really loving seeing all these women coming out to support Blake Lively!
The It Ends With Us star’s legal filing against director Justin Baldoni has really turned the entire narrative around. Women were really tearing into her before, sharing stories about how she’s a Hollywood mean girl — how she treated hapless interviewers, even how she stole married Ryan Reynolds.
But when she came out swinging against her co-star, accusing him of sexual harassment and other icky, unprofessional behavior, many read a story that was all too familiar. And of course, to learn Baldoni had hired a PR firm to smear her name before she could go public with any of her allegations? UGH!
Well, now the girls are speaking out on her behalf! The latest? Kaitlin Olson!

The High Potential star is married to Ryan’s Wrexham AFC business partner Rob McElhenney, so she’s gotten a chance to see what Blake is really like up close. And she has glowing things to say about the Gossip Girl alum! Sharing the New York Times‘ Instagram reel recapping their coverage of the lawsuit on Thursday, she added her own commentary, writing:
“@blakelively is a kind, lovely, honest and generous person (and an incredible mom.) FYI”
Awww! Kaitlin is a real one to have in your corner! No one thinks the It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia star is a Hollywood phony — so her endorsement is huge! Of course, Kaitlin and Blake aren’t like pals. She told Us Weekly as recently as September that despite their husbands’ very public love affair, she’s only met Blake a couple times now. She noted they can’t hang out because they “live on a different coast” from one another.
But if in those brief encounters and her front row seat thanks to Rob’s involvement with the family, she sees what a good person Blake is, it’s great that she’s willing to stand up and say something!
