Introducing Body Gospel, a faith based exercise program!
Fitness icon Donna Richardson Joyner, has teamed up with Beachbody to create Body Gospel. This fitness regimen has people work out to spiritual sayings and uplifiting songs to overcome obstacles that can often come with the attempt to lose weight.
Beachbody called Donna to work on Body Gospel after her number-one-selling, Sweating in the Spirit, fitness video. They said, ├óΓé¼┼ôwe pride ourselves on finding ways to help every segment of the population overcome obstacles that stand in their way.” With Body Gospel they can reach those who are very involved in their faith.
Donna Richardson Joyner’s Body Gospel program incorporate cardio, strength and interval training and flexibility.
They are done in these 7 workouts:
