Inspiring Young Haitian Boy Can Finally Play Catch For The First Time Now That He Has A New 3-D Printed Hand!

a young Haitian boy got a new prosthetic hand, fresh off the 3-D printer!!
A 12-year-old Haitian boy was born without fingers and abandoned at age 3.
That’s just so heartbreakingly awful!!
That young boy, Stevenson Joseph, has been living at an orphanage since then — with almost no hope of treatment or anything.
Until he met John Marshall, a software engineer on a charitable trip to Haiti.
John knew he had to do something for Stevenson, so he spent months designing the perfect, 3-D printed prosthesis.
It was fitted to the young boy last month and things are going great!
Stevenson said:

“It is a great hand. Now I can take a balloon with it. I can score at basketball. I can hold a TV remote and push my friends on their wheelchairs. I can hold a water bottle, a bag. I like it a lot.”

That’s so amazing!!
We’re so glad that a good person went down to a country that could use a few helping hands, and literally gave a child a helping hand!
Humanity rules!
