Brad Pitt says he’s “never had a gay experience”!
On Monday’s episode of Armchair Expert, the actor revealed he’s never fully explored his sexuality — and he doesn’t think he can at this point! When host Dax Shepard wondered if it made him “nervous” to speak on the podcast “given the way” they met, Brad joked:
“Sexually, you mean?”
Hah! In reality, they met in AA meetings, something they also opened up about on the pod.

The Mr. & Mrs. Smith alum then quickly clarified that he’s actually “never” been with another guy before! The Hollywood heartthrob went on:
“You know, I’ve never had a gay experience. I kind of missed that window.”
What? That window doesn’t close! You can have a gay awakening whenever!
That said, he is currently coupled up with Ines de Ramon, whom he’s been linked to since 2022, so that could be holding him back for now. But hey, never say never, right? He’s 61, he’s still got time! Just saying!
The F1 lead then joked if he ever did try something new, he had an idea of who he wouldn’t be into, laughing:
“But if I did, it wouldn’t be you.”
The Parenthood alum, who has openly had a “man crush” on the Fight Club star for a long time, teased:
“Oh man, you had me. I was like, ‘Wow, he’s going to say it.'”
Hah! Brad then explained Dax would be his “14th or 15th” experience if he were to ever explore that, which the CHiPs director wasn’t mad about. He quipped:
“I don’t want to brag, but you’re going to need to build up to me. I do recommend you start with some starters.”
LOLz!
Elsewhere in the episode, Angelina Jolie‘s ex-husband recalled how he and his brother were called “gay” and subjected to homophobic abuse and other derogatory terms while growing up in Missouri in the 1980s, which was, unfortunately, part of “the era.” That’s so terrible. We wouldn’t be shocked if that subconsciously played a part in him never having a “gay experience” before! That’s traumatic for anyone!
