Brad Pitt is online!
Well, sort of.
Instead of pleasing us by finally joining Twitter, he has joined the Chinese equivalent, Sina Weibo.
We knew we should have taken Chinese in high school!
His account with over 160,000 followers has been verified and his first tweet has been sent:
“It is the truth. Yup, I’m coming …”
While we’d like to think this means he’s coming to our home for a nice long vacation, we suspect that’s not the case.
Brad was actually banned from China in the 1990s after filming Seven Years in Tibet because the country was upset with the depiction in the film.
Soooo….does this tweet mean Brad will finally be getting into China? Surely things have been put aside, especially considering all the good he does these days.
Start prepping now China, you might be getting Brad (and Angelina Jolie??) at your home!
