Southern Charm star Thomas Ravenel has been accused of sexually assaulting a woman on a first date in 2015.

Model-turned-realtor Ashley Perkins told Fox News that her mother, Debbie Holloway Perkins, met the 55-year-old on Tinder in October 2015. After a few months of chatting, the former South Carolina State Treasurer allegedly asked Debbie out on a last minute date on December 25.

Ashley said her mother told her that later in the night, Thomas “grabbed her by the wrist and held her down” then “proceeded to pull his penis out.” When Debbie said “no,” Ashley alleged, Thomas “shoved his fingers inside of her vagina and later her anal area.” Thomas allegedly “jumped right off of her” after Debbie screamed at him “You’re a rapist!”

Ashley told Fox that she felt the need to speak out after learning she was not bound by the NDA her mother allegedly signed on June 1, 2016, which was signed when Thomas reportedly agreed to settle with Debbie for $200,000.

The alleged vicitm’s daughter said she started sharing the story on social media about three weeks ago, right after seeing a commercial for Thomas’ Bravo show.
