We know they can be rather pesky and invasive, but physically assaulting a pap (or anyone, in that case) is never the answer!
It’s been reported that Brian Austin Green and Megan Fox are being sued by a paparazzo after he was supposedly “brutally beaten” by Green.
Fox, Green’s wife, stood off to the sidelines, provoking Brian to take action against the photog.
The alleged incident happened last December when Delbert Shaw was caught taking pics of the couple on the beach in Hawaii and was threatened by them to stop.
The threats then escalated into an all-out brawl between Shaw and Green, which ended up causing Shaw severe injuries!! The actor even threw the pap’s iPhone in the ocean!
What is it with celebs and throwing iPhones??? Not cool!!
Shaw has filed a lawsuit this AM against the two for unspecified damages. Fox and Green have yet to comment on the whole situation.
CRAY! We hope the couple has now learned to deal with situations a bit better than this whole ordeal!!!
