What has two thumbs and won’t be going to jail for allegedly beating up a paparazzo?
Well, lots of people, we imagine, but also actor Brian Hallisay!
Police investigated Jennifer Love Hewitt‘s flawless fianc├â┬⌐ after the couple had a horrible run-in with a pap back in September.
The pissed off paparazzo filed a battery report saying Brian attacked him outside of a Brentwood restaurant and claimed he was hurt by his own camera, but it looks like the coppers didn’t find sufficient evidence to bring about any charges!!!
No one is going to jail! How lovely! Now the totally bump-tastic bride-to-be has one less thing to worry about!!
It would’ve been totally awkz if JLH had to get married in San Quentin, LOLz!!
But now they can totally get on with making babies and planning their wedding! Hooray!
