If we fell off a 200 foot cliff, you could write us off the instant we lost our footing! This 11-year-old boy, though, was NOT ready miss out on the rest of his life!
He fell the entire way down — 200 feet — the face of a cliff near a scenic waterfall in Utah, and survived LIKE A BOSS. He was even conscious and talking to rescuers before he was airlifted to a hospital!
He isn’t without injuries though: the child hurt his head, back, hip, and might have a broken collar bone. None of which are life threatening!
We hope this serves as a warning to those hiking a trail to Bridal Veil Falls in Provo Canyon — it only took the boy a few jumping steps before he went down the slope! Be VERY careful!
We’re super glad he was able to be rescued so quickly, too! Shout-out to the medical team that helped him! Whoop whoop!
