If all of this is true, then he definitely deserves it!
Britney Spears’ dad Jamie Spears, has been in charge of her finances as a co-conservator, but he’s ready for an upgrade.
Poppa Spears makes $16,000 as co-conservator, and since Brit’s show started in Las Vegas, he’s been handling her negotiations too! According to court docs:
“Mr. Spears has been and will be providing primary responsibility for negotiations with regard to all key aspects of the LV Show, global oversight of the LV Show production and logistics, making all final production calls on site… Mr. Spears is creating significant savings and value for the Estate through his efforts. Petitioners seeks fair and reasonable compensation for the efforts Mr. Spears has made and will make and the results that he has achieved to date and is expected to achieve in the LV Show.”
See! Sounds reasonable! So, Jamie is now getting 1.5 percent of all gross revenue from the shows and merch. And since Jamie has been doing this tough job for months, and still is, they filed the ’emergency’ docs to get him his ca$$$h ASAP!
The good news is that Brit’s totally onboard with the deal!
As long as Jamie is taking care of our Britney, he deserves the world! Ha!
