And that’s okay, because her kooky sense of dress is part of her charm!
The Perfume singer stepped out to shop on Robertson Blvd yesterday looking kinda sloppy in a sheer lace blouse (bra alert!) and jeans with some chunky studded platform slides on her feet.
The spikes on the vamps of the shoes could really injure someone!
Maybe Brit-Brit was going to use them on paps if they got out of hand!
We certainly can’t blame her for that.
