Save her! Don’t let this happen!
Britney Spears‘ people are begging a judge to protect her this week from a likely “shake down” by former bodyguard, Fernando Flores.
You’ll recall that Fernando has filed a lawsuit against Brit-Brit, claiming that she sexually harassed him, among other things. He’s attempting to get the case taken to civil court at the end of the month, which is exactly what Britney’s conservators are trying to avoid. Their fear is that the former bodyguard has private information that he will release in the public forum to “shake” her down, but will also put her in danger. An insider reveals: “There is a real possibility that Ms. Spears will be exposed to danger by the release of confidential and personal information.”
Not good! She’s just getting back on her feet! This wouldn’t just rock the boat – this could typhoon over it!
That is why her people are hoping the judge will allow the case to be tried in probate court, which is a more private venue.
We can’t imagine why the judge wouldn’t agree. It seems like a fair request in keeping Brit-Brit safe.
