What is with celebrities skipping bath time?!
Perezcious readers will recall that three years ago, it became a trend in Hollywood not to shower, as Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher only washed their kids when they saw “dirt.” Even Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard agreed with them! Jake Gyllenhaal also didn’t think showers were necessary! Wild! Now, in 2024, we are learning the grooming habits of Tommy Lee. It turns out he only takes a shower once a week! Yeah…

His wife Brittany Furlan revealed that fact on Kaitlyn Bristowe’s Off the Vine podcast on Wednesday, saying:
“My husband’s very neat, which people wouldn’t expect from someone who’s a musician. They would expect him to be a f**king nightmare, like, dirty. He doesn’t shower a lot, but he’s very neat.”
We don’t get that impression since he’s apparently not a fan on showers! Ew! Brittany claimed the Mötley Crüe member is “not big on the showers” because he grew up in Athens, Greece, where regularly bathing was not “a thing.” If Tommy thinks he’s smelly, he’ll just take a “bird bath”:
“He said … that’s a thing in Europe. You don’t need to shower every day. They would just do the white washcloth if they felt like they were getting a little funky. My husband showers, like, once a week.”
However, the 38-year-old social media star isn’t like her hubby! She showers “every night” but washes her “thick” hair “once a week.” Phew. At least one of them is clean! Despite his eyebrow-raising hygiene routine, Brittany doesn’t get the “ick” from it! Wow! She said:
“No, because he’s so handsome. It’s really crazy. He’s a really good-looking guy. He doesn’t really give me the ick.”
Glad Brittany is OK with it. But we are thrilled we won’t ever have to catch a whiff of him! Watch the podcast episode (below):
