Will Swearing Be Allowed On TV Soon???

We f***ing hope so! LOLz!
Today, broadcast networks are going in front of Supreme Court to argue that they shouldn’t be scrutinized by the FCC.
Even though the Supreme Court ruled the FCC’s ban on swearing to be “entirely rational” in 2009, the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals is now saying that “the FCC policy was unconstitutionally vague.”
AND given the fact that the U.S. Supreme Court does seem interested in expanding the First Amendment, it’s quite possible that they might rule in favor of the networks.
Should be quite the f***in’ day at Supreme Court! Ha!
We wish the networks luck with their cause!!!!!
