BTS went on Saturday Night Live last night, and it was a BIG deal — both for boy band fans who wanted to see their idols, and for Korean-Americans who wanted to watch a legendary Korean K-Pop group cross over into the American mainstream on national TV!
All those goals were met last night on SNL, when BTS took it over with a flourish, showing off two incredible performances on the show — both of which then quickly also got well over 1 million views on the SNL YouTube channel after the show had ended! That wasn’t all from BTS, either — they also performed Boy With Luv live for New York City on the show’s set, too!! Both hits quickly went viral on social media, and fans across the internet clearly couldn’t get enough of the high-profile boy band in their SNL debut!

What a night for K-Pop fans and proud Koreans & Korean-Americans alike!!! And the music isn’t too damn bad, either — loving it!!! Definitely going to be one of the more memorable musical guests of the season for SNL… and at the very least, they’ll be the ones most likely to send the performance videos towards legit viral stardom! Ha!!

It wasn’t just K-Pop royalty that made waves last night on the show, though!
