The saga is finally over…
Back in February 2015, Caitlyn Jenner was involved in a fatal car crash on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu that resulted in the death of Kim Howe, 69.

It was reported the Olympian rear-ended Howe’s Lexus, sending it into oncoming traffic, where she was struck by a Hummer.
According to The Blast, the former I Am Cait star has settled a lawsuit between her and Peter Wolf-Millesi, the driver of said Hummer. This is the final suit stemming from the tragic incident.
Wolf-Millesi was traveling with his wife, two children, and a 73-year-old woman.
Jenner previously settled lawsuits with Howe’s stepchildren, and the driver of a Prius, which the athlete also allegedly hit.
Kris Jenner‘s ex was not charged as prosecutors did not feel they had enough evidence to prove negligence.
