Caitlyn Jenner can let out a sigh of relief.
Last February, the reality TV star was involved in a fatal vehicular accident when her SUV rear-ended a Lexus, pushing it into oncoming traffic where it was then hit by a Hummer.
After nearly a year since the incident, the stepchildren of the woman who lost her life during the PCH crash — Kimberly Howe — filed to dismiss the lawsuit against the former Olympian.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, William Howe and Dana Redmond filed dismissals on Tuesday after having reached a settlement for a “very modest amount” from insurance.
Similarly to the settlement with another involved driver, no money came from Cait’s pocket.
That’s some A+ insurance right there!
The nightmare isn’t completely over for Kris Jenner‘s ex as she’s still facing the suit from the family driving the Hummer.
Two down, one to go!
