Good news for Caitlyn Jenner — the 65-year-old will NOT be charged with vehicular manslaughter according to authorities.
Based off legal docs, the district attorney threw out the case after it was revealed that Jenner was not speeding nor did she act “unreasonable” in the February car crash that killed Kim Howe. Though the DA contends that the athlete could have hit the breaks sooner, he didn’t think it was worth a manslaughter charge.

The father of six’s legal rep said of the decision:
‘We believed from the start that a thorough and objective investigation would clear Caitlyn of any criminal wrongdoing. We are heartened the District Attorney has agreed that even a misdemeanor charge would not be appropriate. A traffic accident, however devastating and heartbreaking when a life is lost, is not necessarily a criminal matter.”
Sounds like this case is closed.
The only thing Cait has to worry about now is the wrongful death lawsuit filed by Howe’s step-kids.
So, do YOU think justice was served?
