Just when Caitlyn Jenner thought she was in the clear, her infamous car crash is coming back to haunt her.
In February, the reality TV star was involved in a fatal vehicular accident when her SUV rear-ended a Lexus, pushing it into oncoming traffic where it was then hit by a Hummer.

The driver of the Lexus — Kimberly Howe — was instantly killed.
Although the I Am Cait personality was not charged with manslaughter or a misdemeanor by the Los Angeles district attorney, her legal troubles are far from over.
Recently , five people in the Hummer — the Wolf-Millesi family — have filed a lawsuit against the transgender activist for physical and emotional damage.
According to documents, one suffered a severe cervical fracture, another claims nerve damage, and a third party believes they were subjected to blunt force trauma.
Additionally, the legal papers say that a one-month-old baby was so hurt by the crash that it was “not responding at the scene.” Ultimately, the newborn was taken to a hospital and survived.
The doc adds:
“The emotional effects of being involved in a collision that has taken the life of another has caused tremendous distress and suffering.”
As of now, the suit does not specify a monetary amount in damages.
We just hope justice is brought down on any party responsible.
