The 25-year-old was absolutely ferosh in a fringe-y black mini dress with her cutout thigh-high boots acting as the perfect complement!
While Candice was showing a lot of leg, she wrapped up in a shaggy black coat to keep from going frigid in the dropping temps.
Though gurlie is way too HAWT to ever feel the chill! LOLz!
