The 21-year-old was wearing a red dress with flared skirt when a gust of wind blew it right up, but managed to push it down before flashing the crowd in Times Square.
Handled like the model pro that she is!
But even if she did flash a little cheek, we doubt anyone would mind. It’s not every day that you get to see a bare celebrity butt! LOLz!
