Carson Daly wed his longtime fiancée Siri Pinter the night before Christmas Eve, and as we are learning now, the ceremony was a complete surprise to the family and friends lucky enough to be in attendance!

The host of The Voice was on his Today show gig Monday morning when he joked about how Siri wasn’t exactly the Christmas present he had been hoping for:
“I wanted a hoverboard; I got a wife.”
Ouch! LOLz!!!
The couple has been together for ten years, and has three children together: six-year old Jackson, three-year-old Etta, and 16-month-old London. In a way, that was perfect for Carson:
“It was great that the kids were a little bit older. They actually knew what was going on. Our families were visiting, and we surprised our moms.”
Awww!!!
Carson also gave a little advice to others seeking a long-lasting relationship like he’s had with Pinter — and it doesn’t necessarily have to come through marriage:
“I think long-lasting, healthy relationships are more important than the idea of marriage. At the root of every successful marriage is a strong partnership. And that’s what we have.”
