Congratulations are in order for Cassie Ventura!
Less than two weeks after finishing up her four-day testimony in Diddy’s sex trafficking and racketeering trial — taking the stand while over 8 months pregnant — Cassie has given birth to her third child! A source confirmed to People on Wednesday the 38-year-old welcomed a baby boy with her husband, Alex Fine. Aww! The couple’s son joins their two daughters, 5-year-old Frankie and 3-year-old Sunny.

At this time, Alex and Cassie haven’t shared any photos or details about the name of their little guy. TMZ learned the Me & U singer was rushed to a New York City hospital and admitted to the labor and delivery unit the day before, with one source claiming she was possibly experiencing complications. Thankfully, everything is OK now. The outlet reported on Wednesday that Cassie and her son are healthy and doing well after arriving a little bit earlier than her due date. Phew!
We’re so glad Cassie and the baby are fine! We were concerned for a minute! She went through a lot this month as she faced Diddy in court and relived the most traumatic times of her life. It’s not easy to do and very stressful, so we just wanted her to be alright when she gave birth. Thank goodness, everyone is!
