Halloween is exactly like Christmas except that on Halloween everyone can participate!

Halloween 2013 did not disappoint in terms of seeing all different sorts of celebrity kids out and about in fantastic costumes!
The offspring of the famous and fabulous went out in droves, and luckily we were able to see some of their creative get-ups!
