Celine Dion's Husband Has Died At Age 73

What a tragic loss for Celine Dion and her three children.
According to a report, Celine’s husband Ren├â┬⌐ Ang├â┬⌐lil has died at age 73 from complications related to cancer. The famed music manager has suffered from the illness since 1998.

Not only were René and Celine married for 22 years, but Angélil also once acted as her manager. The loss is obviously devastating for the icon.
The pair’s rep released the following statement on the passing:

“Rene Angelil, 73, passed away this morning at his home in Las Vegas after a long and courageous battle against cancer. The family requests that their privacy be respected at the moment.”

How heartbreaking.
At least C.D. was able to put her career on hold for the past few years to care for her late husband.
Our hearts go out to all the people who cared about René.
