If Charlie Sheen is telling you that you need to clean up your act, then you need to take a long, hard look in the mirror.
The actor’s twin boys, Bob and Max, have been spending more time with their rehabilitated mom Brooke Mueller.
Well, Sheen is FURIOUS about this! He went on a Twitter rant on Friday, writing:

because that’s about as sane as these inept and retarded
doosh bags seem when dealing with my sons bob and max.
it’s an abhorrent dick dance that has NOTHING to do protecting any child.
instead they are swayed by the evil and pathetic über loser
whore that calls herself Brooke.
there will be a reckoning.
there will be a whirlwind,
that they will all reap while
desperate begging for my forgiveness.
you’ve all been warned.

We’re guessing that the “bob” he references at the end is NOT his son.
But WOW! That’s a lot of emotion, and it didn’t stop there!
Sheen also slammed Child Protective Services, who he calls Parent Protective Services and said:
“They’re under the spell of this twisted svengali called Brooke who has an amazing and almost, as though she cast a spell on people to act at every whim and every desire that is from her twisted and insane mind.”
Ouch! It got much sadder though.
Sheen revealed that Bob has night terrors from being at his mom’s house because there are nine lizards, tarantulas and insects that she keeps as pets. Bob also came home with a rash that his dad said looked more like a burn!
Tragically, Bob and Max are failing school and on the verge of being kicked out. When they come back home to Denise Richards, they are different people who fight Denise’s girls and kick their dogs. Charlie said the boys were fine before they left.
According to Sheen, Brooke also:
Is living in a house that she shouldn’t be, since it isn’t rehab
Is an “evil and pathetic ├â┬╝ber loser” and a “whore.”
Is ├óΓé¼┼ôas awful a parent and a person as you can possibly draw up.”
“Won’t let them see the best pediatrician in the history of the world”
Sheen says the fault is with CPS who he thinks is taking bribes because things aren’t in the report like when Bob went to Brooke’s house and said, “Oh no, this is the crazy house.”

So what was the trigger to all of this?
When Bob told his dad he’d never been trick-or-treating before! They’ve never had a Christmas tree or had a visit from the tooth fairy, or anything like that! Except at his and Denise’s home, according to Charlie.
All he wants is for himself to get full custody of his kids, and for Denise to have guardianship for the times he has to film out of town. He said he’ll camp out at the court to make it happen because he’s scared for his sons.
This is all SO sad, but the last horrible part, if all of this is true, is that Monday night is Bob and Max’s first overnight stay with their mom.
We srsly hope this is resolved. No matter the reports on Brooke, these boys are clearly suffering because of the overall circumstances.
