Chaz Bono Loopholes Prop 8

She is a quick one that Chaz Bono!

Daughter of Cher and Sonny Bono, Chaz was born a woman but has been taking medical measures to change his gender. And now, he is looking to make it legal in the eyes of the court. Chaz has approached a judge to legally change his gender on all legal documentation.

With this in place, Chaz can then legally marry his partner, with whom he has been together for many years but could not marry because of the same-sex marriage laws.

After Chaz’s operation and change to legal documentation, that will no longer be a problem.

Congrats Chaz on working that system. If only there didn’t have to be loopholes!
