Looks like it’s back to the waiting game for Chris Brown.
The singer has been awaiting trial in Washington DC for an assault case, and after it was originally delayed a couple days, it has now been delayed even longer.
In fact, it could be MONTHS before he goes through with his actual trial!
His bodyguard, Christopher Hollosy, was recently convicted in the same matter and is scheduled to be sentenced on June 25th. As a result, Breezy’s trial won’t occur until after that date.
It seems Hollosy has opted not to testify out of fear of self-incrimination as his sentencing date is pending. So now, both sides of the case have agreed to put the trial on hold as they both feel the bodyguard is a key witness.
No specific court date has been set, but it’ll be a long, long wait.
In the meantime, Breezy is reportedly heading back to El Lay via Con Air to continue the wait.
