The California Supreme Court has rejected an appeal made by Chris Brown‘s attorney, Mark Geragos, to view confidential LAPD files regarding the illegal leak of Rihanna‘s evidence photo.
Geragos hoped to fid the source of the leaked photo.
Brown and Rihanna will come face to face in court on Monday, when a preliminary hearing determines if there is enough evidence to proceed with a jury trial.
