Breezy don’t care! He won’t pay a dime!
The graffiti saga continues as Chris Brown now refuses to pay fines for his Los Angeles home’s “artwork.” Following complaints from neighbors given the musician’s spray-painted mural, Chris was asked by the city of Los Angeles to remove the graffiti or pay some major mula, but he isn’t having any of it.
Instead, he’s decided to fight back by filing an appeal. Claiming that the graffiti ├óΓé¼┼ô[enhances] the architectural and aesthetic features of the residential property├óΓé¼┬¥, the legal documents state that the infringement goes so far as breaking his First Amendment rights:

“The murals are a reflection of [my] aesthetic taste and a reflection of free speech and expression protected by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution.”

YIKES! That’s one serious claim!
The case, currently being dealt with by the Dept. of Building and Safety’s board of appeals, could be brought to LA County Superior Court if not taken care of quickly!
Uh oh!
