Chris Brown fought the law and the law won after his neighbors complained about “unpermitted and excessive signage” outside his multi-million dollar El Lay mansion.
The City of Los Angeles ordered the Don’t Judge Me singer spray can artist to fork over $376 for an inspection and then threatened him with super stringent fines if he fails to clean up his mess soon!
Earlier it was unclear whether Chris was a victim of vandalism or the dude behind the wall desecration, but sources now say Chris definitely did the tagging himself.
One might think homeowners could decorate their property however they see fit, but scorned neighbors will go to great lengths to make life hell!!
