Chris Brown Acting Up Again Already??! Spotted Partying It Up During Outpatient Rehab Stint!

HOLD UP! Isn’t Chris Brown supposed to be in rehab???!
The bad boy was snapped inside Jhene Aiko‘s Private EP Release Party in El Lay with his on-again, off-again lady love Karrueche Tran last night with a wide grin despite being in the middle of a whole mess of court-ordered legal dramz.
We know Breezy was moved to an outpatient facility for the stint, but we’re pretty sure his court-mandated community service doesn’t include showing off his moves on the dance floor! LOLZ!
Aren’t the rules in outpatient rehab still super strict???! Something isn’t adding up here!
Then again, he doesn’t look like he’s hiding anything.
We’d like an explanation!
