Breezy is still paying time via community service for his 2009 charge of felony assault on Rihanna.
Tuesday, he had a scheduled progress hearing where it was revealed he has completed 103 of the 180 required days — all of which have been served in Virginia.
Judge George Lomeli told Chris Brown he needed to contact the probation office more regularly since the last time he did so was October 3.
But, progress is still being made, so the court allowed Chris an out-of-the-country pass between the dates of December 5 and December 20.
The only thing is… both California AND Virginia have to agree. While the Golden State has said yay, it’s unclear whether or not the Commonwealth has…
