Chris Brown Being Prosecuted Against Hit And Run Victim's Wishes!

Chris Brown almost dodged an oncoming car a bullet in his hit and run case.

The other car’s driver decided that the damage was so minor that she didn’t want to press charges, so things should have been a breeze for Breezy.

But we said almost.

According to sources inside the court, the City Attorney is moving ahead with the case in spite of the alleged victim’s wishes to drop it!

We’re guessing the prosecution aren’t Fine China fans?

And they’re not the only ones gunning for Chris. The El Lay County District Attorney’s office is also watching the case intently, as a hit and run conviction would be a violation of his parole of the assault of ex Rihanna!

Guess we’ll have to see how it all plays out Friday morning!

Scratch that! Looks like we won’t have to wait after all!

Despite the City Attorney’s zeal, the judge in the case decided that if the victim didn’t want to prosecute, they shouldn’t either.

Case dismissed! Breezy is freezy to go!
