Chris Brown is FREE, but not for long?!
While Breezy is enjoying visits from pals Usher and Tyga after his 108-day stint behind bars, his freedom might be short-lived thanks to the very anxious prosecutor appointed to his Washington D.C. assault case.
Even though Breezy’s time served was a result of probation violation and admission to beating up Rihanna back in 2009, the prosecutor is arguing that the admission should ALSO stand for the DC brawl.
The US Attorney for the District Of Columbia filed documents yesterday that insist the trial should be sped up and start June 25. If the judge sides with the attorney the singer could be back in court in just three short weeks!
Hopefully his A-list friendzies are helping him rest up for another brutal battle before a jury!
Considering Chris has already been convicted of assault, we’re betting the people won’t be so inclined to go easy on his sentencing.
At least now we know he can survive the prison life??!
If this doesn’t force him to avoid throwing fists ever again, then we have no hope! HA.
