Coldplay’s frontman, Chris Martin, is finally opening up about what fans can expect off the band’s next album. He revealed to sources that this album will be much more “personal” than some of the more traditional concept albums they’ve put out. Chris admits some of the songs on the band’s fifth album will be about “love, addiction, OCD, escape and working for someone you don’t like.”
He adds that the new record will be “a thinly veiled account of what happens within the group.”
So, maybe that’s where the “working for someone you don’t like” part comes in? Perhaps?
We have to wait till the end of the year for the disc to drop (no official date has been announced yet), but consider our interest piqued, Chris.
