We were surprised to get such a good look at Chrissy Teigen‘s boobs — for about a half a second, before we remembered who we’re dealing with.
The Cravings author is so candid about everything else, why wouldn’t she be open about her breast implant removal surgery?
(Also it’s not like we never saw her boobs during her run as a Sports Illustrated swimsuit model. Just sayin’.)

Chrissy has actually been open about her surgery from the start, telling fans before it happened:
“I’m getting my boobs out! They’ve been great to me for many years but I’m just over it. I’d like to be able to zip a dress in my size, lay on my belly with pure comfort! No biggie! So don’t worry about me! All good. I’ll still have boobs, they’ll just be pure fat. Which is all a tit is in the first place. A dumb, miraculous bag of fat. ❤️ “
And on Thursday afternoon Chrissy continued the trend with the results. She shared a video on her Instagram Story in which she gave fans an update on her health — and let’s face it, her boobies — saying she was “enjoying the time” healing at home with hubby John Legend and their two kids:
“We’re having so much fun at the house and lots of tea parties and cupcake making.”
We’re surprised she’s been able to keep off of social media for so much of the recovery time! But she assured her followers who miss her:
“I feel good, so don’t worry about me. And here’s my new boob. Yay!”
She then panned down and showed the results of the surgery, covering her nipple but showing everything else and from multiple angles — so you could really get a feel for her new breasts.
She also bared her underboob scar where surgeons went in to retrieve the implants.
And just one day later, the momma was back to putting the girls on proper display!
For a special lockdown-breaking (but still mask-wearing!) day at Go Kart World in Carson, California, Chrissy put on a special low-cut, cleavage-baring pit crew outfit!
