Christina Hall is parting ways with her home in Tennessee — the same home her estranged husband has lived in since their breakup!
The 41-year-old television personality announced on her Instagram Stories on Thursday that she is selling her farmhouse in Leipers Fork for a whopping $4.5 million. Alongside a picture of the residence, Christina shared that she was “excited for a new venture in business & real estate!” Check out the announcement (below):
Fans know Christina purchased the place in February 2021 — before meeting Joshua Hall — and it served as the setting for her show on HGTV called Christina in the Country. But now it’s on the market!
BTW, she is the sole owner of the house. While Josh does not own the property, a source told People it is also where he has been staying since the former couple separated! What! According to a legal document filed in September and obtained by the outlet, he and Christina reached a temporary agreement that he could use the Leipers Fork property as long as it was not rented out.

Joshua recently updated his bio on Instagram to include Leipers Fork. However, that may have to change soon because Christina is trying to kick him out now! The HGTV star went on to throw shade at her ex in a follow-up post, saying:
“I guess ‘Leipers Fork’ is gonna have to come off the bio soon. Time to go back to reality… Remember when you said you would never steal from me or my kids and you would just be happy in a van with your dog. I guess plans changed. All about trying to take everything you can … With your mind on my money and my money on your mind …. Byeeee”
Damn! Christina made her message loud and clear! She is not here for Josh allegedly stealing from and mooching off her! To hear her tell it, it’s time for him to get his own place and lay off her hard-earned cash!
BTW, for those who don’t know, her post was in reference to the real estate agent allegedly transferring $35,000 of her rental income into his bank account the day after she told him she was filing for divorce. Yikes! Josh claimed the money was meant to pay for any expenses with the property since the bills were his responsibility. Hmm…
They eventually settled the matter. Per the September legal agreement, Josh was ordered to return the amount to Christina. And yet despite appearing to having resolved that issue, the reality star is clearly upset over it! See the post (below):

Christina, as you know, has not held back about her displeasure with Josh amid the divorce. And meanwhile, he has said very little… until now. He sounds fed up with his estranged wife! His representative told People on Friday:
“Josh has said repeatedly that he wants to handle the divorce like an adult — in the courts, not in social media and the tabloids. Over and over again, Christina has insisted otherwise, creating public spectacles, but Josh has still stayed quiet. But now Christina is defaming him. These are false, libelous claims. Josh hasn’t stolen a penny from her or her family. This is a red line, and Christina has crossed it. Instead of repeating Christina’s false statement, the media should ask why Christina keeps insisting on handling this matter in public instead of through the law.”
Christina is having the last word, though. She was more than happy to explain why she has been so vocal about Josh! She went off about his mismanagement of funds on Instagram Stories yet again on Friday. This time, she wrote:
“Yes this is ‘stealing’ from me and my family. Asking for an obscene amount of $$ from me for a short term marriage is factual. Stealing my rental income for 2 of my sole and separate homes is factual (booking a cleaner does not make you a property manager). I have one who gets a % for her actual work of being a property manager.”
And she had a lot more to go off about from there! Christina continued:
“Also your ‘rep’ is literally always off on their statements .. trying to make you look all innocent in this … okkk … you ‘buying’ Bentleys is funny. A min down payment on one car isn’t buying s**t .. Pretty sure I’ve made alllll the payments on all the cars (And on everything) and everyone knows this anyways…”
As for the Bentleys, a source told Us Weekly earlier this week that she and Josh owned two luxury vehicles. Per their divorce agreement, he got one while Christina got the other, which he purchased for her birthday last year. Now Christina claims he only made the down payment and then she took over the car bills from there… and all the bills. FYI, his car was stolen on the way to Tennessee, too. That was something Christina happily celebrated online because, you know, “karma!”
Although Josh wants to keep their divorce problems offline, Christina refuses to do so! As she put it:
“and also this is my a page and as long as you’re being a gold digging little biatch I don’t have to stop doing anything.. Everything I’ve said is 100 accurate and I haven’t even scratched the surface of your character…
Whoa… Sounds ominous… Christina then concluded the post by teasing:
“Defamation is ‘false claims’ .. you damaged your own reputation sweetie. Ps my autobiography is in the works and is gonna be a real page turner.”
