Coroner Confirms Michael Jackson Death A Homicide During Hearing

This morning, the coroner who performed Michael Jackson’s autopsy testified that his case has been classified as a homicide, whether MJ gave himself the final, fatal injection or not.

The defense called Christopher Rogers, chief of forensic medicine for the Los Angeles County coroner, to the stand today to question him about the unusually high amounts of propofol found in Michael’s blood upon his death. It was their intention to have the coroner point out that it could have been possible for Michael to have administered the drug to himself, thus labeling his death a suicide.

But Rogers told the court that he considered MJ’s death to be a homicide because of the “quality of the medical care” he was getting from Dr. Conrad Murray…or lack there of.

Rogers reminded the court that propofol is meant for hospital use only and had no place in the home of The King of Pop. He added, “If there was propofol there, the doctor should have been prepared for the effects.”

He added that Dr. Murray was wrong to administer the anesthetic to MJ to treat his insomnia and further in the wrong to leave Michael’s side while he was under.

So much for winning favor with “the facts.”

The real fact is, this guy had no business treating MJ the way that he did. He took an oath to treat patients carefully and safely and from all the evidence we’ve seen & heard, he did neither.

We’d be shocked to our core if this doesn’t go to trial. Honestly, how can it not?!
