Impossibly CUTE Tiny Tortoises Born At Zoo!!

At the Perth Zoo in Australia, thirteen baby Western Swamp Tortoises were born!!
The zoo has been working since 1989 to help conserve these tortoises because they’re critically endangered.
They’re rebuilding their wild population through their captive breeding/reintroduction program.
Since the program started all those years ago, over 800 tortoises have been born there and 600 of those have been successfully reintroduced into the wild!!
That’s ahmayzing!
When these little guys are born they’re so crazy small it’s ridiculous!
We really realllllly want one! These little guys are painfully cute and we think they’d be perfect just crawling around our hands, all small and cute and tortoisey.
Too adorbz!!
