Dude just wants to get paid!
Cy Waits, the newest beau of Paris Hilton, has filed a $3 million lawsuit against Victor Drai for not paying him and his brother for managing his nightclubs.
According to the suit filed by Cy and his brother Jesse, the brothers are suing Victor, who owned a number of venues including Drai’s Afterhours, Tryst at Wynn and XS at Encore, for alleged breach of contract, misrepresentation and deceptive trade practices, among other things.
Under the terms of their contracts, the brothers were promised 16.66 percent of the monthly net profits from Tryst and XS and 33.33 percent from Drai’s Afterhours. Since July, neither has seen a dime from either gig.
Oops! Maybe it has something to do with the, um , scene he caused last August?
