Hayden Panettiere‘s daddy, Alan, has pleaded no contest to misdemeanor battery charges in a Beverly Hills court on Tuesday.
Alan was slapped (Get it?) with the charges following an altercation with his wife last year.
As a result, he’s looking at 24 months probation, $400 in fines, and 52 weeks of domestic violence counseling.
Domestic violence is not cool!
